Educational assistance program

For U.S. employees, Adobe reimburses 100 percent of the cost of fees, tuition, and books for eligible business related courses and certificate programs up to a maximum of $10,000 per year with manager's approval. Adobe also provides 100 percent reimbursement for on-site technical courses through Stanford Instructional Television Network, where available.

Adoption assistance program

For U.S. employees, Adobe reimburses $5,000 toward eligible adoption expenses upon finalization of the adoption; $2,000 for the adoption of a stepchild.

Matching gift program (Worldwide)

Adobe matches employee contributions to qualified nonprofit organizations up to a maximum of $2,500 per calendar year.

Employee purchase program (Worldwide)

Adobe offers discounts on equipment and Adobe software for personal use.

For U.S. employees, credit union memberships are available at some locations.

Fitness program

Adobe's corporate headquarters and the Ottawa office have fully equipped exercise rooms and fitness classes. Health club membership subsidies are available at other U.S. locations and for remote employees.


Two full-service cafeterias are provided at Adobe's corporate headquarters. Adobe's San Francisco, California, Seattle, Washington, and Noida, India offices also provide a cafe.

Patent program (Worldwide)

Adobe supports new ideas by applying for patents conceived by employees.

Employee activities and events

Adobe encourages employees to foster a sense of community and fun in the workplace. The ESCAPE (Entertainment, Sports, Celebrations, Activities, Party-planning and Events) Committee is a group of high-spirited and involved Adobe employees who plan monthly activities and events for their San Jose, Seattle, and Ottawa colleagues. Activities include annual employee outings to local festivals and fun spots, tickets to local sporting events and comedy shows, special movie screenings, and more. The ESCAPE Committee meets regularly, with volunteers coordinating various projects. ESCAPE is open to all regular Adobe employees. ESCAPE events are largely company-funded.

Commute alternatives program

Adobe's Commute Alternatives Program is designed to help employees find less stressful, more environmentally beneficial options than driving alone to work, such as carpooling, riding transit, and bicycling.
