Medical

Adobe offers a private medical insurance scheme that covers medical assistance, hospitalization, dental coverage, vision coverage, maternity coverage, chemist's costs, and more.

Vision

We offer a self-insure vision benefit up to an annual maximum for employees.

Financial benefits

Retirement

We offer a contributory scheme with an employer contribution of 3.51% for bracket A and 2.64% for brackets B and C, and an employee contribution of 1.14% for bracket A and 0.66% for brackets B and C.

Life insurance

We offer policies that pay 250%–400% of your annual salary depending on your marital and family status.

Permanent health insurance

Adobe provides 100% of your monthly salary, after deduction of social security daily indemnity (IJSS), in the event of long-term sickness, injury, or disability.

Adobe recognizes officially published local public holidays.

Annual leave

Adobe offers 25 days of paid leave per year to be taken from June 1 to May 31, after one year of service, and 10 additional days for RTT (réduction du temps de travail) if you work more than 35 hours a week.

Adobe provides a lunch subsidy in the form of a voucher or an allowance per month.

Business travel accident insurance (worldwide)

Adobe holds a business travel insurance policy that provides you with three times your annual salary, up to a maximum of US$500,000, while traveling on business for Adobe. The business travel insurance also includes a global medical program that covers any medical emergency for up to a maximum of US$250,000.

Educational assistance program (worldwide)

Adobe reimburses 100% of the cost of fees, tuition, and books for eligible business-related courses and certificate programs up to a maximum per year with your manager's approval. The annual maximum varies by country.

Employee purchase program (worldwide)

Adobe offers discounts on equipment and Adobe software for personal use.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP, worldwide)

The EAP provides awareness, education, and confidential counseling assistance for a range of work/life issues, including stress management, relationship challenges, illness, and life-changing events (such as the birth of a child, bereavement, or a job change). Specifically, the EAP provides counseling services, online tools, and crisis management.

Fitness program (worldwide)

Adobe's corporate headquarters and the Ottawa office have fully equipped exercise rooms and fitness classes. Health club membership subsidies are available at other U.S. and non-U.S. locations and for remote employees. The monthly subsidy varies by country.

Matching gift program (worldwide)

Adobe matches employee contributions to qualified nonprofit organizations up to a maximum of US$5,000 per calendar year.

Patent program (worldwide)

Adobe supports new ideas by applying for patents conceived by employees.
