Prescription drugs are covered through each medical plan. The Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield plans provide for a three-tier copayment structure of US$5/$25/$25, depending on the type of prescription. Kaiser participants pay US$10 for each prescription. Mail order programs are available under all plans.

You can select a life insurance policy and an AD&D policy that pays up to three times your base salary up to US$250,000 for each policy. You can buy up to US$1 million in additional coverage in US$50,000 increments.
You can add US$12,500–$100,000 of dependent life insurance to your policy. Evidence of insurability is required at certain levels.
Adobe offers coverage for long-term disability that pays 66 2/3% of your salary.
With Adobe's dependent care reimbursement account, you can set aside up to US$5,000 (or US$3,800 with Adobe's child care gift) from your pretaxed salary per calendar year for qualified day care and elder care expenses. Adobe provides a nontaxable US$100 per month gift if you elect coverage and have a child(ren) under age 13 in day care.

Offered through CNA, this program provides financial benefits for nursing home or community-based care beyond the traditional medical plans.
Offered through MetLife, this plan provides the opportunity to purchase personal auto, home, or pet insurance at competitive group rates that you pay for through payroll deductions.
Offered through Work Options Group, this program provides employees with up to 100 hours per year of temporary backup child and adult or elder care when normal care arrangements fall through. Fully licensed in-home and center-based care options are available.
PTO is available for vacation, sick leave, personal business, and floating holidays. Employees accrue PTO at 16 hours (2 days) per month for the first 5 years of service.
A sabbatical is three weeks of paid time off, in addition to PTO, that is granted to employees after five years of continuous regular employment.
In the United States, Adobe observes ten paid holidays per calendar year, in addition to PTO.
Adobe typically closes its North America offices between the Christmas and New Year's holidays. During this shutdown, employees are required to use PTO or borrow against future PTO for the days that are not paid holidays.
Adobe reimburses U.S. employees up to US$5,000 for eligible adoption expenses upon finalization of the adoption and US$2,000 for the adoption of a stepchild.
Adobe holds a business travel insurance policy that provides you with three times your annual salary, up to a maximum of US$500,000, while traveling on business for Adobe. The business travel insurance also includes a global medical program that covers any medical emergency for up to a maximum of US$250,000.

Adobe reimburses 100% of the cost of fees, tuition, and books for eligible business-related courses and certificate programs up to a maximum per year with your manager's approval. The annual maximum varies by country.
Adobe fosters a sense of community and encourages fun in the workplace. The ESCAPE (Entertainment, Sports, Celebrations, Activities, Party-planning, and Events) Committee is a group of high-spirited and involved Adobe employees who plan monthly activities and events for their San Jose and Seattle colleagues. Activities include annual employee outings to local festivals and fun spots, tickets to local sporting events and comedy shows, special movie screenings, and more. The ESCAPE Committee meets regularly, with volunteers coordinating various events. ESCAPE events are open to all regular Adobe employees and are largely company funded.

The EAP provides awareness, education, and confidential counseling assistance for a range of work/life issues, including stress management, relationship challenges, illness, and life-changing events (such as the birth of a child, bereavement, or a job change). Specifically, the EAP provides counseling services, online tools, and crisis management.
Adobe's corporate headquarters has a fully equipped exercise room and fitness classes. Health club membership subsidies are available at other U.S. and non-U.S. locations and for remote employees. The monthly subsidy varies by country.
