University Recruiting
Perks and benefits
Health care, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan, and all the standard-issue corporate benefits sure, we've got those (see complete list). But what are some of the unique "perks" that set Adobe apart?
- Paid time off (PTO). Exempt employees get two to three weeks of paid time off per
calendar year in addition to other time benefits such as ten sick days per
calendar year. Non-exempt employees get 24 days to be used for vacation, sick
time, and those occasional days when you just want to chill.
- Discounts on Adobe products. For your own use, all Adobe software is free of charge. If you'd like to purchase software, books, and merchandise for friends and family, you'll enjoy substantial discounts.
- Education reimbursement program. Yes, you have a degree or two, but that doesn't mean your education ends. Adobe provides tuition reimbursement up to US$10,000 per year for approved courses. You can also take advantage of engineering and science courses on the Stanford Instructional Television Network (SITN).
- ESCAPE. ESCAPE is a group for Entertainment, Sports, Celebration, Activities, Party-planning, and Events. The ESCAPE committees at selected office locations host social gatherings and group outings and arrange employee discounts with local businesses.
- Fitness facilities. Our San Jose campus features a fully equipped gym with weights, machines, cardio equipment, fitness classes, and even a full-length outdoor basketball court alongside the bocce ball court. Employees at other locations receive health club subsidies to be used for fitness facilities of their choice.
- Free beverages. All the water, soda, coffee, juice, and milk you can drink are available free of charge.
- Great food. Our cafeterias serve delicious, healthy meals. You'll also find full-service coffee bars for your cappuccino fix. And if you're too engrossed in work to leave your desk, dig into some free snacks in every kitchen.
- On-site services. No need to leave campus to accomplish your daily errands. You'll find mail services, dry cleaning, bike repair (monthly), and even massage (reservation required). Services vary by office location.
- Paid sabbatical. Stick around for five years and you'll be rewarded
with a four-week sabbatical that can be combined with your time off to provide
an extended break.
- Investment options. A 401(k) program, an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), and other investment options help you put money away for that ultimate career goal retirement.
