CLP
- What are the key advantages of the CLP volume licensing program?
- There are several advantages:
- Significant discounts for purchasing in volume, allowing organizations to "secure their discount position" for the two-year membership by placing an initial minimum order size
- Incremental orders throughout the two-year membership that add to the point total, which could qualify the organization for a better discount level, effective the month following the order
- Increased efficiency of license deployment with free-of-charge Electronic Software Delivery (ESD), provided on the Adobe Licensing Web Site (LWS) immediately following order completion
- Budget predictability through biannual CLP membership and Upgrade Plan
- Reduced ordering and license administration, simplifying total software management efforts and streamlining internal business processes
- A web-based license management tool to efficiently manage Adobe licenses throughout the organization
- With Upgrade Plan, the assurance of technology consistency across the user base and deployment of the most current technology, and coterminous with the overall CLP membership for streamlined management
- With the Student Licensing Option, the ability of higher education CLP participants in the United States and Canada to earn points and help make it easy for students to integrate industry-leading Adobe software with their coursework and lab work
- Cross-platform serial numbers (Macintosh and Windows®) on most products, so it's easy to switch platforms as business or system needs change
- Greater ability to manage legal compliance
- What do I receive when I enroll in CLP as a new member?
- After Adobe processes your online membership enrollment, you are assigned a CLP membership number for your organization. You will receive e-mail messages containing your CLP membership number and your login and temporary password for the LWS.
- How do I renew my CLP membership?
- Renewing your CLP membership is easy. Simply renew online and click the button next to returning CLP membership
- What are the High-Volume Discount levels?
-
The High-Volume Discount offer is based on units purchased, not points. If you order a qualifying number of units of select software licenses or Upgrade Plan, you qualify for even higher discounts from your Adobe License Center. The discount level improves based on the number of units ordered. High-Volume Discounts are applicable to purchases of a single software title. Different products cannot be combined to achieve the minimum order amount for the High-Volume Discount. Contact your Adobe License Center for information on pricing. (Note: The High-Volume Discount is available to all CLP members in the United States and Canada, CLP education members in Europe, and CLP commercial members worldwide.)

- What are the benefits of TLP to small business and creative services consultants?

- What do I receive when I participate in TLP?
- A TLP license gives you access to Adobe's web-based software management tool, where you can find a custom TLP license certificate for each TLP order you place. The certificate lists the order date, the products you licensed, the corresponding serial numbers, and the total number of licenses available for installation.
- Does Adobe have a web-based license management tool for TLP participants?
- Yes. When you acquire a license through TLP, you are assigned a login and password for use at the licensing management system website, where you can find your order history, custom license certificates, and serial numbers.
Upgrade Plan
- What are the benefits of Upgrade Plan?
-
There are several benefits:
- Upgrade Plan is like an upgrade insurance program. CLP members and TLP participants who purchase Upgrade Plan are entitled to all upgrades for covered products during the Upgrade Plan term, so employees always have the most current versions of Adobe software.
- Adobe automatically sends notifications of available upgrades to Upgrade Plan participants to simplify upgrade planning.
- There's an option to include previously acquired licenses of current software in Upgrade Plan (as long as no new version has been announced), so you can enjoy organization-wide technology consistency.
- Use of Upgrade Plan simplifies your software ordering and administration processes by covering all upgrades over the typical two-year period in one transaction.
- Participation in Upgrade Plan contributes to the points accumulated in TLP and CLP, which helps increase the overall discounts earned.
- What do I receive when I participate in Upgrade Plan?
- When you order Upgrade Plan, you receive notifications when new product versions become available, giving you the peace of mind of knowing when you need to upgrade. You can choose to upgrade via CD media or through the LWS site via electronic download.
