Ivan Koon

As senior vice president of the Intelligent Documents Business Unit at Adobe Systems Incorporated, Ivan Koon is responsible for driving the company's enterprise evolution by leveraging the success of Adobe® Acrobat® technologies and the recently acquired Accelio business to extend core document-based business processes to enterprise and government customers worldwide.
With nearly 20 years of management and engineering experience in the software industry, Koon was most recently president of the New Technologies Division at BEA Systems, where he carved out new businesses for the company. Prior to BEA, Koon served in a variety of executive management roles at S2 Systems, including president and chief operating officer from 1997 to 1999. Koon has also held engineering and management positions at Shared Systems and Digital Switch.
Koon holds a bachelor's degree in math and computer science from the University of Texas at Arlington.
