How to set up a shared document review:
- In Acrobat XI, select the Review panel in the Comment pane.
- Choose Send for Shared Review.
- Select your preferred Delivery Method to share the file using Acrobat.com* or an internal server.
- Enter the email addresses of desired reviewers.
- Type in a summary message.
- Revise the review deadline as desired.
- Click Send*.
* Requires an active account with the Acrobat.com online service. Free and paid subscriptions are available.
