Speaker: Lalit Balchandani, Senior Director of Director Engineering

Lalit lead the Director engineering team for the Director MX 2004 release. Previously, he co-founded a startup company (Urbanpixel) that created technologies to visualize, organize and share information on the web. In 2000, Lalit was development manager with the Macromedia Director team for Director 8 and has had various roles with the team since 1993. He has also worked at Oracle Corporation in the Unix and Tools divisions. Lalit holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie-Mellon. He was born in Bombay and moved to the States in 1979.
