Traditional "forms" can be hidden to the customer, replaced by a wizard-like interface that prompts for information with relevant questions and suggestions. And if needed, forms can be saved and completed offline.

Validate, submit, and process
When the form is complete, the system validates the data. Finally, the agent submits the form electronically to generate a quote. ACORD forms are incredibly easy to access and use, and they can leverage powerful business logic capabilities such as data validation, interactive calculations, built-in data integration, and workflow instructions. Because forms are delivered in PDF, they look exactly like the paper forms that employees, agents, and brokers are already familiar with, and they can be easily completed online using Adobe Reader.
