This collage of a Harley-Davidson Heritage Springer motorcycle represents Schewe's first foray into digital photography. Given a Canon DCS-1 digital camera for testing, he was disappointed that it generated only 4 MB files. To work around this limited amount of pixel data, the captured 50 small images of the cycle's parts and composited them together in an alpha version of Photoshop 5.0. |
