Adobe Support purchased through the Adobe Open Options program requires activation. The following steps will get your plan started:
- Find your product serial numbers. Eligible products to be covered by the Plan you have purchased should be accessible at https://licensing.adobe.com.
- Call 866-MYADOBE and provide:
- The End User ID you received with your activation email
- Serial numbers of the products you purchased support for.
- Names and contact information for authorized users who can access the plan benefits.
Upon activation, written confirmation of your contract details, such as customer number and access information will follow in an e-mail.
Europe
Adobe Support purchased through the Adobe Open Options program requires activation. The following steps will get your plan started:
- Find your product serial numbers. Eligible products to be covered by the Plan you have purchased should be accessible at https://licensing.adobe.com.
- Call one of the numbers listed below or send an email to english-custserv@adobe.com and provide:
- The End User ID you received with your activation email
- Serial numbers of the products you purchased support for.
- Names and contact information for authorized users who can access the plan benefits.
Upon activation, written confirmation of your contract details, such as customer number and access information will follow in an e-mail.
