| Set up the WebDAV URL in your Adobe application. |
| To edit files from the Web Workgroup Server, you need the WebDAV URL to the project or site, and your user name and password. After you set up a site's WebDAV URL in either Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or LiveMotion, the workgroup files are available in all four applications. |
|
| Choose File > Workgroup > Workgroup Servers (Photoshop, InDesign, or LiveMotion), or choose File > Manage Workgroup > Workgroup Servers (llustrator). In the Workgroup Servers dialog box , click New Server. In the New Server dialog box, give the workgroup a name in the Server Nickname text box, and then enter the WebDAV URL to the site that contains your files. (for example, http://workgroupserver:1102/webdav/site_name). Click OK. (If a login dialog box appears, enter your username and password, and then click OK.) When the site's nickname appears in the Workgroup Servers dialog box, click Done (Photoshop or Illustrator) or OK (InDesign or LiveMotion). |
