- University and college students — students enrolled at a higher education institution defined as an accredited public or private university or college (including community, junior, or vocational college) that grants degrees requiring not less than the equivalent of two years of full-time study
- Primary and secondary school students — students enrolled at an accredited public or private primary or secondary school providing full-time instruction
- Faculty and staff — teachers and staff employed by an accredited primary or secondary school or public or private university or college
Note: Students may purchase only one license of any Adobe Student and Teacher Edition product. The license may be used only on the student's privately owned computer. Student and Teacher Edition products may not be resold.
Customers will be required to provide proof of eligibility to Adobe in order to use an Adobe Student and Teacher Edition.

- Information on how to participate in the Student and Teacher Edition "Getting Started DVD Redemption" Offer ("Offer") forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of all of the relevant terms and conditions. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
- This Promotion is open to all legal residents of Australia, non-Australian citizens visiting Australia, New Zealand Residents and non-New Zealand Residents on an eligible student visa who are i) university or college students who are enrolled at a higher education institution defined as an accredited public or private university or college (including community, junior, or vocational college) that grants degrees requiring not less than the equivalent of two years of full-time study; ii) primary or secondary school students who are enrolled at an accredited public or private primary or secondary school providing full-time instruction; iii) faculty or staff who are employed by an accredited primary or secondary school, public or private university or college, school district, or board of education (including emeritus status professors); or iv) homeschooled students and their teachers, as defined by state homeschooling regulations ("Participant(s)"). Participants must be age 18 or older as of the date of submission to be eligible. Employees, independent contractors, officers and directors of Adobe, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies and legal advisors, and the immediate family members and persons living in the same household of such persons, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. All local laws and regulations apply.
- The Offer commences on September 15th 2011 4pm AEST and sales concludes on November 30th 2011 5pm AEST ("Offer Period"). All claims must be placed by December 31st 2011 5pm AEST ("End Date"). - The Gift is not transferrable, exchangeable, nor redeemable for cash. The Participant cannot change, vary, substitute or extend any element of the Promotion (in whole or in part).
- To the extent permitted by law, if for any reason this Promotion is not capable of being conducted as planned due to causes beyond the reasonable control of Adobe including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, or technical failures which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, Adobe reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to: (a) disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process; (b) take any action that may be available to Adobe; or (c) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.

- Adobe collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may disclose such information to third parties for this purpose including, without limitation, to suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. If the information requested is not provided, the individual may not participate in the Promotion. To the extent permitted by law, Adobe may use the information provided for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. - In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the party who submitted the online claim form, the response will be deemed to be submitted by the authorised account holder of the email account.
- English language. These terms and conditions are prepared and executed in the English language only. The English language version shall be controlling in all respects, and any version of these terms and conditions in any other language, shall not be binding and shall have no effect. Without limiting the foregoing, if there is any conflict or inconsistency between the English language version of these terms and conditions and any other translated version of these terms and conditions, the English language version and interpretation shall prevail. All communications or notices to be made or given pursuant to this Promotion and any disputes arising under this Promotion shall be conducted or resolved in the English language.
