Subscription terms for monthly subscription
Customers purchasing this subscription must agree to the Subscription Terms and Conditions below:
You have selected a subscription with the following terms:
Duration: 1 month
Billing Frequency: Monthly
Be sure to note the duration and billing frequency shown above. Duration refers to the period of time the subscription service is available before it requires a renewal. Billing frequency indicates how often billings will occur during the duration. For example, if the duration is 12 months and the billing frequency is monthly, there will be a charge to your credit card for your order today, followed by a charge every month for the next 11 months. This billing process repeats for each renewal.
By clicking the “Accept” button, providing your credit card or debit card information, and completing your purchase, you agree that your product subscription will automatically renew for successive renewal terms, and you expressly authorize and permit MindVision, Inc. d/b/a eSellerate (“eSellerate”) to charge your order today and all billings during the duration of your subscription to the credit card or debit card you have provided, and to automatically renew your subscription, until you cancel the automatic renewal and billing of your product subscription or eSellerate discontinues the automatic renewal and billing process.
Your right to use the Adobe Creative Suite Design Premium Subscription Edition software (“Adobe Software”) is subject to (i) the terms set forth in Adobe End User License Agreement, which you accepted upon installation of the Adobe Software, and (ii) keeping this subscription account fully paid. By keeping this subscription account fully paid, it entitles you to any upgrades that may be made available to the Adobe Software by Adobe.
In order for the Adobe Software to remain activated, you must connect to the internet at least once a month, to allow verification between the Adobe Software and your remote Subscription Account. If you do not connect to the internet at least once a month, then your Adobe Software will become inactive at the end of your current billing period. If your Adobe Software becomes inactive, then in order to reactivate your account, you must launch the Subscription Manager located on your computer and then sign up for either a monthly or yearly subscription.
You have complete control over your product subscription and may cancel your auto-renewal at any time. Your confirmation e-mail will include instructions on how to cancel automatic renewal and billing of your subscription. eSellerate will also notify you by email prior to the expiration of your current subscription. If you do nothing, the price stated in that e-mail (plus applicable tax and shipping charges) will be automatically charged to the card you have provided for your order today. You authorize eSellerate to use your provided contact and billing information for each renewal, and agree to provide updated payment information for any expired card (you can update your contact and billing information at any time).
Refunds are not provided in connection with your termination of your auto-renewal of your product subscription. After you terminate the auto-renewal of your subscription, your subscription will permanently expire at the end of the then-current duration.
Adobe reserves the right to modify the subscription terms set forth herein, or terminate this subscription service at any time, upon thirty days notice to you. If you do not agree to the modification of the subscription terms, then you may terminate your subscription starting at your next billing. If you do not agree to these terms and condition, do not click the “Accept” button, provide your credit or debit card information, or complete this sale.

eSellerate will notify you by e-mail prior to the expiration of your current subscription. That e-mail will provide pricing information and instructions on how to renew your subscription beyond the initial duration. You will need to renew the subscription prior to its expiration date to avoid an interruption of your subscription service. If you do not wish to renew, do nothing; you will not be billed, and your product will be deactivated.
You may not terminate this product subscription until expiration of the initial duration, except as otherwise set forth herein.
Adobe reserves the right to modify the subscription terms set forth herein, or terminate this subscription service at any time, upon thirty days notice to you. If you do not agree to the modification of the subscription terms, then you may terminate your subscription starting at your next billing.
