Christopher Barwick - Manager, Digital Channels and User Experience, ING Direct
Christopher Barwick works for ING Direct as Manager, Digital Channels and User Experience. In his role he is responsible for the commercial and operational management of all digital assets for the bank, including product roadmap, design, build, and performance optimisation. Prior to this role, Christopher spent 6 years in corporate strategy roles for News Limited, primarily focussed on digital business model design, M&A and product strategy.
Gina Casagrande - Evangelist, Personalization and Conversion
Gina Casagrande has spent over ten years in digital marketing with a focus on optimizing the online visitor experience. As an expert in A/B/N and Multivariate testing, as well as Behavioral Targeting optimizations, Gina helps businesses use analytics-based decision-making to deliver exceptional customer interactions across online marketing channels including search, display, email, social, mobile and website, leading to increased conversions and customer loyalty. Gina has worked with Adobe’s largest and most strategic accounts to re-align their business strategies, build out their optimization programs, and pivot their marketing directives to become more customer-centric and improve their ROI.
Gina joined Adobe through the acquisition of Offermatica/Omniture. Since completing my science degree, my experience across Business Analysis, Distribution Centres, Master Data Management and now Digital Marketing, has done nothing to disabuse me of the notion. Dale Cohen is an Australian digital industry veteran. With over 20 years experience in the Internet industry, he has run some of Australia’s most visited websites. As a founding staff member of ninemsn he helped create Wide World of Sports, The Footy Show and Baggy Green. More recently he has been working at Telstra running BigPond.com. His audience numbers in the millions but he understands the needs of the individual, using data driven insight to understand why they visit and what brings them back. Dale is now the General Manager of Digital Platforms and User Experience at Telstra’s Digital Media and IPTV division.
Marc Eaman - Evangelist- Adobe
As an Evangelist for Adobe Systems, Marc Eaman is a primary technology spokesperson for the company, focusing on the Adobe Marketing Cloud. Jonathan Elliott - Analytics Manager, Seek Ltd
Having worked in London as a Fixed Income Derivatives Broker for 8 years, Jonathan "JED" Elliott migrated to Italy and changed career direction going on to head up the European Digital Analytics team at UniCredit Group.
In 2012 Jonathan moved with his family to Melbourne, where he took up the management of Analytics for Seek. Working in an agile environment at Seek, the Analytics team contributes to product development and optimisation as well as supporting communication and marketing activities for the Seek businesses across all digital platforms.
Contributing to the book Web Analytics Action Hero by Brent Dykes, Jed is a bit of an evangelist for data driven optimisation.

Fei Bian Goh - Senior Product Manager for News and Special Projects - Digital, Fairfax Media
Fei Bian Goh has been with Fairfax Media New Zealand for the past five years, in various analyst roles prior to his current role as Senior Product Manager for News and Special Projects - Digital.
In this role, he is responsible for product, commercial and audience development of Fairfax Media New Zealand's news related products on the digital platform. Other key roles include being champion of the business's data strategy, the web analytics business owner and the specialist in online audience measurement methodologies and services.

Boris Grinshpun is the firm's Clients & Market Leader. Drawing on more than 15 years of experience in the Financial Services and Technology Industry, Boris works closely with customers to creatively drive business outcomes. Prior to Digital Brinc, Boris held the role of Vice President at U.S. Bank where he defined & managed a digital transformation strategy for the organization. Prior to joining U.S. Bank Mr. Grinshpun developed a Professional Services Organization & Analytics Practice as Sr. Manager of LiveVox, an industry leading VOIP Call Center Solution. Before coming to LiveVox Boris held multiple roles in Strategy, Digital Analytics & Operations at Wells Fargo & HSBC. Cedric Huesler - Senior Product Manager, Adobe
Cedric Huesler is Senior Product Manager for Web Experience Management and joined Adobe with the acquisition of Day Software in 2010. In his role he is responsible for product development and strategy of Adobe Experience Manager in the areas of content authoring, mobile experiences, and marketing campaign management. Mr Huesler is chair of the OASIS Web Experience Management Interoperability (WEMI) technical committee.
Prior to Adobe, Mr Huesler was Engineering Director at Local.ch, Switzerland’s online phone book and Yellow Pages. Mr Huesler has 13 years experience in the web content management space, leading WCM/CMS product management at the Swiss startup Obtree Technologies that got acquired by OpenText. He lives in Palo Alto (California) and loves spending time hiking and skiing.

Prior to LogLogic, Andrew was vice president of worldwide marketing and communications at Sun Microsystems. In this role, his responsibilities spanned corporate marketing, global media and analyst relations, research, messaging and positioning, advertising and branding, product launches, tradeshows and events, publishing, industrial design, and executive communications. Andrew made the move to Sun following a successful career at Nortel Networks where he led all corporate marketing and communications and was chief marketer for Asia Pacific. Andrew joined Nortel from Fleishman-Hillard, the world’s largest public relations agency, where he was a senior vice president and partner consulting to global leaders such as Dell, Microsoft, IBM, and Sony.
Andy has held a number of directorships of public and privately held companies and today sits on the board of, No.8 Ventures – New Zealand’s premier technology venture capital firm; and the advisory boards of Xero – a leading Web-based accounting platform, Xsigo and Prof Gary Hamel’s Management Innovation Exchange.
A native of Auckland, New Zealand, Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree from Auckland University. When he is not immersed in work, he expends his spare energy as a competitive sailor, avid reader and wine enthusiast. He also enjoys cycling, windsurfing, writing, travel and design. Andrew is married with a delightful daughter, Sophia and son, Zach. He has no interest in golf.

Kevin Lindsay - Director of Product Marketing, Adobe Target, Adobe Systems
Kevin Lindsay heads up product marketing in San Francisco for Adobe’s leading targeting and optimization solution—Adobe Target. He is an expert on conversion optimization and personalization, and speaks frequently at industry events around the globe. Kevin was with Omniture prior to its acquisition by Adobe, and previously held product and strategic marketing positions at search software companies Mercado and Verity. What he finds most exciting about digital marketing is the opportunity businesses have to turn on-site interactions into more money through optimization. With most companies experiencing soaring mobile traffic volumes, he sees smartphone and tablet experience testing as the next big thing in optimization. Kevin is a Canadian expat who enjoys life with his family in the hills above Silicon Valley.
Justin Merickel - Senior Director of Product Innovation for Advertising Solutions, Adobe
Justin Merickel is senior director of new product innovation for Advertising Solutions within Adobe’s Digital Marketing Business. Previously, he was vice president of marketing and new product development at Efficient Frontier, which was acquired by Adobe in January 2012, where he oversaw corporate marketing and the company's expansion into new business areas.
Merickel also spent almost five years at Yahoo!, where he served as managing director of category development, focused on building revenue from performance marketers across both search and display advertising. He began his career at Yahoo! in its search marketing division leading sales and marketing efforts in the financial services category.
Prior to joining Yahoo!, Merickel launched and led the financial services practice for Compete Inc., a web analytics and competitive intelligence company now part of TNS Media. Before Compete, he spent seven years in interactive marketing and analytics consulting, which included founding an interactive marketing agency that was purchased by Arnold Communications in 1999. Merickel began his career in advertising with McCann Erickson. He holds a B.A. in Mathematics from Hamilton College.
Rakesh Nambiar - VP & Head of Digital Banking Delivery, US Bank
Rakesh Nambiar currently serves as Vice President/Head of Digital Banking Delivery at US Bank, where he leads the build of digital banking services. Under his leadership US Bank has transformed its digital presence to industry leading capabilities. Rakesh has spent the last 20 years in executive roles focused on leading technology practices in the financial services, brokerage and human capital industries. Prior to joining US Bank, Rakesh led various transformational programs at Wells Fargo that have achieved industry-wide accolades. David Nuescheler - VP of Enterprise Technology, Adobe Systems Incorporated
As VP for Enterprise Technology, David Nuescheler leads product innovation and strategy for Adobe’s Enterprise products and brings his vast expertise in Web Experience Management to bear for Adobe’s comprehensive enterprise solution set. Nuescheler drives the Adobe enterprise technology vision and architecture and is responsible for the platform’s user experience and technology incubation.
Nuescheler joined Adobe through its acquisition of Day Software. He joined Day in 1994 and was instrumental in growing the company from a small multimedia agency to a leading enterprise content management software company.
He created the basic concept for the original Communiqué, now Adobe CQ5, and has guided product development to create a truly advanced content management and infrastructure platform. Nuescheler has led various international technical standardization initiatives and is a member of the Apache Software Foundation.
Nuescheler has been awarded for his work in standards and open source on various occasions including being nominated twice for the JCP Spec-Lead of the Year Award, Two Star-Spec Lead Awards and the Lifetime Achievement Award of the "Best of Swiss Web" Association.

James O'Loghlin - MC, Comedian, Writer, Television and Radio Presenter ABC (Australia Evenings Presenter)
James O'Loghlin is the host of Sundays with James O'Loghlin on ABC radio.
He has also been the host of The New Inventors since it began in 2004.
From 2002 to 2006 he hosted The Evening Show on 702 ABC Sydney and ABC Local Radio around NSW and the ACT. In 2001 and 2002 He hosted Saturday Evenings with James O'Loghlin on ABC Local Radio.
James began doing stand-up comedy in 1990 and has performed thousands of times around Australia, and once overseas, in Berlin. He has been a guest on many TV shows, including Good News Week, The Glasshouse, Rove Live, First Tuesday Book Club and Sunrise.
In the 1990's James was also a commercial lawyer, and then a criminal lawyer.
Other TV shows he has hosted are O'Loghlin on Saturday Night (ABC-TV), Inside the Arena (Foxtel) and People Dimensions (ABC-TV). He is the author of Umm... a Complete Guide to Public Speaking, and he teaches and coaches public speaking. In 2009 his next book, How to Balance your Life, will be published.

Brad Rencher - Senior Vice President and General Manager, Digital Marketing, Adobe
As senior vice president and general manager, Brad Rencher is responsible for driving Adobe's Digital Marketing business, one of the world's largest enterprise SaaS businesses and Adobe's fastest-growing business unit. He leads a global engineering and business organization focused on creating the industry's leading end-to-end digital marketing platform — the Adobe® Marketing Cloud. Rencher has also driven strategic Adobe acquisitions including the January 2012 acquisition of Efficient Frontier, a leader in optimizing digital advertising across search, display and social media.
A thought leader in the digital marketing space, Rencher regularly presents at numerous industry conferences and trade shows on topics such as digital marketing, advertising and publishing, the power of big data, the business impact of mobile and social, and business optimization. Rencher joined the company in January 2008 as vice president of corporate development of Omniture and was instrumental in the evolution of the Digital Marketing Suite. Before Adobe, Rencher worked at Morgan Stanley as part of the technology investment-banking team, where he executed mergers and acquisitions and capital-market financings for leading technology clients.
Rencher earned his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, and completed his undergraduate work in finance at Brigham Young University. An active participant in the local technology community, Rencher serves on the board of directors of the Utah Technology Council.

Scott leads the Adobe APAC Digital Marketing consulting team and has more than 14 years of digital strategy, business measurement and enterprise consulting experience. As the Analytics Consulting Manager in APAC, Scott acts as a senior advisor to key clients and manages the consulting innovation, project and resource allocation of a team of consultants throughout APAC. He has advised some of APAC's leading companies such as: Commonwealth Bank, Kimberly Clark, Telstra, Samsung, Disney, Air China and over 100 other leading online companies in APAC, US and Europe.

Chris Robison - Sr. Director of Product Management, Adobe
Chris leads Adobe's Audience Solution across the Adobe Marketing Cloud. Prior to Adobe, Robison served as Senior Vice President at Operative Media where he led the product and revenue teams for Operative's ad management platform. Robison also ran his own consulting company where he helped clients, including marketing services provider Acxiom, develop digitally addressable data products and apply them across channels including display, mobile, and search.
Karina Sant’Ana - Digital Architect Manager- Telstra
Karina has eight years experience working in product development and web analytics in a variety of industries, including news, classifieds, travel, investment funds, music and sports. Karina’s current role as Digital Architect Manager at Telstra has her driving architectural innovation in the areas of online, mobile and new technology platforms such as IPTV.
Karina is an Adobe client advisory board member and works with a number of product managers helping to shape the future of the Adobe analytic products.

Yu Dan Shi - Industry Strategy Director, Adobe
As the APAC Industry Strategy Diector for Marketing Cloud at Adobe, Yu Dan Shi responsible for providing insights on industry trends and best practices to drive business transformation through integration and optimization of the digital channel.
Prior to Adobe, she held executive and senior management positions within several Fortune 500 companies. She was the Director of Marketing for Cisco, Chief Officer for Lenovo in Australia & New Zealand, Head of Marketing & eCommerce for Harris Technology retail chain and a senior regional manager for Dell Asia Pacific.
Yu Dan also worked as an Organizational Development Consultant delivering change management and leadership development services to several multinationals across a range of industries.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, Yu Dan holds an undergraduate degree in computer science, a MBA as well as Master of Coaching Psychology.
Mark Szulc - Principal Solution Consultant, Digital Marketing, Adobe
Mark Szulc, Principal Solution Consultant, Asia Pacific, works with Adobe's leading customers & partners as they embrace the new age of Digital Marketing. He has more than fifteen years of experience assisting large organisations increase their market share, improve operational efficiencies, automate processes and drive revenue growth.

Nigel Tutt – General Manager Digital Media, Fairfax Media
General Manager - Digital Media Nigel Tutt is responsible for driving the growth and commercialisation of digital platforms; including online, mobile, tablet and smart TV.
In this role, Nigel is keen to ensure that Fairfax Media maintains its number one position in news, while growing its portfolio of audiences and revenue opportunities.
"The advent of digital media has increased the pace in an already fast moving industry," says Nigel. "Delivering the best quality content to our readers, on whatever platform they choose, is the core of our business. Brent Watson – Head of Digital Marketing solutions, JAPAC
Brent Watson currently leads Product Management for the Adobe Marketing Cloud in Japan and APAC. In his 4 years at Adobe and Omniture, he has also managed the Adobe Analytics solution, encompassing the platform, APIs, Genesis and TagManager, along with the Developer Connection and its associated developer community. Prior to Adobe, Brent worked at IBM and Endeca, managing enterprise solutions in Business Intelligence, eCommerce, and Enterprise Search. As a thought leader in Digital Marketing, he regularly presents at industry events and is a lecturer at MIT and the University of Utah.
Steve Wirig - Evangelist Social Marketing, Adobe Systems
As a social marketing evangelist for Adobe, Steve Wirig is tasked with advancing the awareness of social marketing best practices by acting as a technology spokesperson for the company's Social Marketing solution, Adobe Social. The social marketing solution connects social media campaigns and business impact.
