Pay and incentives
We take pride in sharing our success with exceptional employees who help us achieve our goals. We strive to offer market-competitive salaries, along with several bonus programs to reward employees when they demonstrate exceptional results.
Adobe currently maintains an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) that enables eligible employees to share in the ownership of the company they help build by purchasing Adobe stock every six months at a price that is discounted from the fair market value with a look back.
Employees may also be eligible to receive certain Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grants, which generally vest over a four-year period.
Adobe makes a contribution to a designated defined contribution retirement plan. Contributions are currently set as a percentage of an employee's base salary.
Adobe’s Disability and Total Permanent Disability insurance
Adobe's plan enables participating employees to receive a private pension in the event of occupational disability. Adobe covers a survivor's pension that would offer an employee's eligible dependents regular payments based on the employee's salary and scheme rules.
Adobe offers a range of extras including significant discounts on Adobe software for personal use. We also offer financial assistance to employees who travel to work using public transport.
We focus on ways to help employees own their careers, reach their full potential, and maximize their success. In addition to numerous development offerings, Adobe's Educational Assistance program reimburses up to €5,000 per year for eligible business-related courses and certificate programs.
We support and build community, inside and outside the company, through service, sustainability, and celebration. Being involved is a core part of who we are — in fact, it's part of our corporate values. To support this involvement, Adobe offers matching gifts, volunteer incentives, and more. Internally, Adobe fosters a sense of community and encourages fun in the workplace through a local Site Council. It is a group of Adobe employees who represent the site and plan monthly activities and events in large office locations.
