Problem

The CS4 fixed template thrColFixHdr has the code layed out as 1-header, 2-left sidebar, 3-right sidebar, 4-main content, and 5-footer. What's the best way to move the main content DIV after the header code?

I want to place my main content code near the top of the html code for better search engine results.

I just moving the maincontent div code just below the header div but the sidebars are no longer beside my content. Instead the bars showing below the main containt.

If you are wanting to place additional content above the 2-left sidebar, 3-right sidebar, 4-main content
Then just place it after the  <h1>Header</h1> within the header div e.g.
<h1>Header</h1>
<p>My SEO rich content</p>

Box Model

DW css templates are based on best practices for the Box Model. If you mess with the structure entire box will fall apart. Position of layers should be changed with css properties for css-templates that's why they are called css-templates. All layers for all css-templates are wrapped in <div class="container">.  And btw why you think you will get better search engine results? To get better picture -make copy of your html doc, remove css and <div class="container"> remember about last </div>. There you have order of your layers.
