Unable to Change Background and Background Photo in Template 5
Problem
I am using template 5. I have gone into CSS to change the background color and photo but nothing happens. It shows the code color changes but obviously I'm not locating the overall background to change. Any tips. Thanks

I would like by background to be color #FF9

Is the photo file where you said it is in the CSS code
