Drawing Div Tags

Problem

Drawing Div Tags on an image already placed. It shows in a different location in every browser except Firefox...

Solution

Please help

Detailed description

So, I am drawing a Div Tag on another image I already inserted in my website and on Firefox the layout comes out exactly how I have it on dreamweaver.  However, On internet explorer and on Safari the image is shifted off center.  How Do i fix this??  It is driving me crazy

Draw Ap Div then Insert image

Draw ap div first and then insert the image

Maybe Try

Hello - I am fairly new to web development. And I don't know if this would work, it could be a stupid suggestion but.
Have you tried inserting AP Div (Absolute Position)?
