The Pixel Tools include Pixel Line, the Pixel Rectangle and the Pixel Freehand. The pixel line tool draws a pixelated (aliased) line. The tool can optionally snap to horizontal, vertical, diagonal and iso lines. The pixel rectangle tool draws a rectangle whose sides are placed on whole pixels. The line around the rectangle is created using fills and not strokes. The pixel freehand tool allows free drawing of pixels. The stroke options's thickness is used for the pixel size. All of these tools create art that will not change appearance when the Flash player's low quality setting is used. UI Access:
To access, place these tools on the toolbar using the Edit | Customize Tools Panel... menu option. Note that for the Line and Freehand tool, the fill color will be used.
