Geoencoding Support

Allows you to geoencode photos from within Lightroom, via a variety of methods (e.g. via a GPS tracklog, raw latitude/longitude, Yahoo/Google map url). The plugin can also work in tandem with Google Earth allowing you to interactively geoencode by hand. The plugin also supports reverse-geocoding (filling in of city/state/country via latitude and longitude).

ZSH and Rex Chang. The review is supposed to be about the software - not about you wanting it free. So, to make up for the one star rating you gave the five star work, here's what I'd like you to do: write a program that will automatically look up a high res satellite photo based on the coordinates the subroutine gets from my geotracker. Make it so I can zoom in from the sat photo to my photo as part of a slide show. And have music. Let me know when it's ready. What do you mean, pay you? Get to work!!

The plugin is really cool. I'd love to see some Google Latitude integration some day.

And all you guys here lamenting if it were really *free*. It definitely is. Jeffrey only asks you for a single *cent* and leaves it to you to pay more. Creating such a software is a hard job, so here deserves more – and I payed more. So should you.

Good but unfortunately it is not free. It is a trial version valid for 42 days.

I will continue to use the free Nikon ViewNX which have a nice integration with Google Maps (not even have to install Google earth) just for geotagging my raws picture.

It is a pity there is not google maps integration with LR3.
