These are the set of UI components which comes bundled with Flash MX. The components included are: * CheckBox * ComboBox * ListBox * PushButton * RadioButton * ScrollBar * ScrollPane These Flash MX components have been updated to work with Flash MX 2004 and Flash Player 7. These components are supported on Macromedia Flash MX 2004 and Macromedia Flash MX Professional 2004. These components allow you to migrate your Flash MX projects to Flash MX 2004 and Flash Player 7. The components are written in ActionScript 1.0 and are not compatible with the version 2 component framework that the MX 2004 components use. They are direct ports of the original components using all the same interfaces. These components have been updated to comply with the case sensitivity and reserved words of Flash Player 7.

UI Access:
After installing the extension, you can find Flash MX UI Components in the Components Panel in Flash MX 2004. API documentation for the components will be available in the Help Panel.

Thanks Adobe for keeping this good stuff..
I'm still using flash mx 2004 and now this xtension help my script getting easier.

@Joseph lilley: what makes the extension didn't work?
I just did double click "FlashMXUIComponents1.mxp" that it installed the components automatically.
When you open flash mx 2004 app you can find the component named "Flash MX UI Components" under Components panel/tab. That's it

It worked for me. I used Flash MX 2004 Extension manager to install the mxp file.
Then I could see Flash MX UI Components in addition to my original UI components.

I downloaded it for the ScrollBar.
