Horrible support lousy product.
Search for site import fails to import most of site and see that bugs prevent the product from importing sites with navigation that ends with a directory! (Huge numbers of sites can't be imported at all).
You will also see that when this was brought to their attention they were too busy breaking backward compatiblity in thier products to be bothered with fixing this huge bug for 4 months.
I used to by a huge webassist fan, I own nearly everything they offer, but in the last several years the products have been so buggy as to by unusable

It worked for me and downloaded all the files on my site. This was especially helpful for me because i wanted a backup of the site's files and i no longer had FTP access to the server.
I've also used it to see how others have done things on their website. I couldn't find a tutorial on it, so i was able to use SI to download the pages used for that functionality and learn from them. Some might complain about that, but i think it's the best way to learn and become a better developer.
Webassist just makes solid products. Gotta give them 5 stars!

Another great product by WebAssist. They put a lot of time and effort into their extensions and it shows.
