The website was bugged when I first bought the product, causing the site to appear to be a scam. However after great customer service I was on my way and had the gallery up and running in no time. Very good product, and creates a stunning effect for your visitors!

No tutorials or help. The site is a huge scam. If you click on a discussion link it takes you to a page to buy more products...Wish I hadn't spent the money.

I do not know about other people, but here is my opinion :
Designs are good but somehow limited. The support team is awful ,well, CORRECTION beyond AWFUL.
yes you can chat with what they call " support " very quickly but they do not know anything . All they know is to send you to the pre made videos and when you address the issue after making you wait for 45 min they say " we are sorry, please submit a ticket and someone will contact you within 24-48 hrs and that will never happen. So on several occasions i called the sales because they answer the phone in a heart beat and had to argue with them so they would transfer me to a live person and they would take a number and say someone will call you within 3-5 min!!! and that will never happen.
This is the worst company that i have ever seen in my life. Also, you need to know flash , DW and ETC because you have to figure things out and if you do not know...just forget about it.

The rollover under the buttons are scalled to fit, the corners get distorted if buttons text are not the same size for sub buttons.
