Old Film v1.0 gives any image that old-time film look and feel -- you know, scratchy, hairy, dusty! Looks great on sepia tone images, but works on all. Each time is random as well. Created by J.Wilker. www.moonpost.com
SUPPORT INFORMATION
Requires Photoshop 4 or above. Should work on any image. Run the action then set both of the new layers to Multiply. Or invert both new layers and set them to Screen.

This doesn't appear to work in CS5, which I suppose isn't surprising given the age of the action. The 'graphic pen' thing isn't available when I run it and there are a couple of other error messages as well. Something can eventually be achieved by tinkering with the blend modes on the two new layers produced, but frankly it isn't worth it.
