All this is is an image in PSD format for you to make whetever OS X folders your heart desires, get the icon plugin for phtoshop from www.iconfactory.com and you're ready to make your own icons for windows XP or Mac OS X. Very easy to use, very well layed out layer folders, enjoy!

None, it's just an image that you open in Photoshop and can modify, I suggest saving the originial and always keep it so that you never accidentally save over it with something you don't like. Oh also, try changing the folder's color, it looks great in any color you can image.
