I thought I understood it and was making progress until I ran into a couple of paragraphs (under Action!) that didn't make sense to me. If someone could just improve on the English translation, I'm sure this would be a very useful tutorial!

This tutorial is effective, but a little difficult for the novice to understand. The english instruction loses much in the translation from the original Italian. Ben Willmore's "Digital Mastery" website, class, and book, "Studio Techniques" teaches the same use of forced curves adjustment, but explaines it in simpler, much more understandable language.
