Basically, draw out a rectangle and assign the style to it, since the style is just a very complicated gradient, it will look perfect no matter how big the rectangle is, this style does not work on shapes though, it is strictly for creating OS X tabs pretty much. There are two types, one will produce a straight bar with no end caps, the other will have slightly darker side edges and make it look like the tab comes to an end on the sides. There's 6 colors, all of them are in my thumbnail image. They look really authentic, are very easy to use, and come in the popular colors, doesn't get much easier if you ask me! Be sure to rate and also check out my other submissions on the Adobe Exchange! -Lorne

these are pretty nice but your top edge is much to thick and your lower edge is also too thick and also to opaque.
