It dosent work with photoshop cs4. but its a nice template.

Love it.. made it the B-day cake for my Baby Boy & his brother... adjusted some pictures and text... THANKS..
-- BTW it is a .zip open it and it will contain a .PSD file with all layers , very nice organised --

Once downloaded it should open in photoshop. At least thats what it did for me. I own a MacBook Pro....don't know if that makes a difference.
