Not quite sure what it was, but something reminded to repost this older action of mine which I had yanked off of here nearly a year ago. ;) As I said before I will be slowly reposting all of my work.
SUPPORT INFORMATION
Be sure to follow ALL of the directions in the Stops carefully, especially the very first Stop which instructs you on how to load a custom shape that comes with Photoshop from the factory.
Works on thicker fonts. Font used in sample is Elephant.

Great action. I like the look very much, and it will come in handy as I do various projects for the U.S. government. I'm so happy that people post such creative things for us Photoshop newbies who don't yet know how to do these things ourselves.
