To be used to add artistic strokes to an image or for separation of subjects from backgrounds.
SUPPORT INFORMATION
Open you image and make a dupe layer. Click Filter > Distort> Displace. Put in how much and then go to my map and click ok. Use a layer mask in reveal all or hide all and paint in or paint away depending on image.

very nice and easy to use. takes a while to get the hang of which filters can be used with it. but nice.

This is really cool! It took me a while to get the drift, I'm an old dog that yearns to learn new tricks but they take me a bit longer. I used it on a photo of an iris I took yesterday, and BOY does it look great. Thanks, mef
