This one gives a feeling of how 60's hippie's saw the world. *S* It gives a warped sense of reality.
SUPPORT INFORMATION
Open your image, make layer zero, and dupe the layer. Run Filter > Distort > Displace. Use at an amount that gives the amount you. Experiment with amounts of displacement.
