Some more actions using complementary layer styles, similar to some extent to the original Glossies, but using a golden edging, and more patterns. Please rate, and feel free to email me (addy is in the Readme File and Stops).
SUPPORT INFORMATION
Unzip, save and load .atn and .asl files to appropriate palettes. Have RASTERIZED shapes or text, on own layer, and press play. The Contract Selection step determines the width of the Edging. Works best on Large (200-300pt) rounded/symmetrical Text/Shapes, Oh, and Enjoy.

I must admit -- upon 1st evaluation, I was not blown away with the actions. However, upon further evaluation and testing, I've found that this is a really nice combination of layer styles and actions. I ended up using a 50% gray text (other colors give differing looks, but I would recommend starting w gray) & larger font size. I also played around a bit with the size of the bevel/emboss. If it doesn't look great the first time, tweak a little and I think you'll find some very nice effects! :-)
