I was looking at photos of the northern lights and was amazed at the color variations in the auroras when viewed from different parts of the world. I felt inspired by the fire lights and created these styles. 9 in all. I think it looks best on light backgrounds, but play around with it and see what you think. Scales well...Scale under Layer>Layer Style>Scale Effects. Enjoy! (One of the sites that inspired me: http://www.auroresboreales.com )

Awesome! I am also really intrigued by the Northern Lights. I've been lucky enough to see them a couple of times...once in England and once in Michigan. In Michigan, it was bright green and astonishing! Great styles.

Absoltely gorgeous, just what i needed. I took off the all the effects except the pattern one and used it against a star filled black sky and it looked exactly like northern lights!! thanks a bunch!!! It looks amazing!
