After watching the video tutorial, I am clear on how to make a Vignette. The thumbnail is small but does show the vignette. To dock someone for a poor preview thumbnail is a misuse of the rate and review in my opinion. If your going to dock him for it though 2 stars is a bit excessive. Maybe just one teeny part of one star?....

This is an excellent tutorial showing several ways to make a vignette. Michael Powers must be a real ray of sunshine to rate it bad because he doesn't like the preview image. If you want to know how to "Make A Vignette" like the title says and dont need a preview image to learn an excellent tutorial from an excellent instructor, this is the one.*Note to Michael Powers-Rate & Review is for honest reviews. Some people must need pictures on top of a title and description to understand a tutorial.

I have to agree with Jack. The icon is just nitpicking
on something irrelevant. Fantastic tutorial overall!!!

The tutorial does what it says, but I'm docking stars for the lame preview icon. You have the skills- use them (it would be different if you were a novice user, which you've proven that you're not). It doesn't take much to make a larger preview image, and a preview can go a long way in promoting your submission.
*Note to Jack Steele- The point of "Rate and Review" is not to kiss butt, rather to give an honest "review" of the submission. This preview gives no hint of the tutorial what-so-ever
