I did this quick style to suit some 200pt text that needed to look like it was made from thick metal plate screwed down. Please note that the screwheads have only 20 blends to keep the size down and they are done as a scatter brush so can be extracted (be my guest). Now can be used with version 10 and higher.
SUPPORT INFORMATION
I designed it for 200pt text, but you could scale it up or down using the scale tool options.

Vikilicious - You have to save the file in your Graphic Styles directory where you installed Illustrator. For example: C:\Program\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator CS3\Presets\Graphic Styles
