PHP Captcha is a Dreamwever Extension which allows you to quickly add Captcha functionality to your web forms. New in version 2.0.0: Can now work in three modes: Captcha only (traditional approach), Honeypot only (protection by adding a "bait" field - user doesn't need to enter captcha) and Honeypot & Captcha (combination of the two). * Compatible with Dreamweaver built-in Server Behaviors (e.g. Insert Record, Update Record, Log In User, etc). * Can be utilized with almost any third-party extension or within your own custom code. * Customizable parameters include: * Color of the generated verification text. * Background Image in PNG, GIF or JPEG format (extension comes with a default image example below). * Background color (not visible when background image is used) * Number of characters in the generated verification text (3-28 characters). * Error message which would appear on the page if the Captcha code is entered incorrectly. * Preview of the generated image along with the verification text field. * Captcha image can be refreshed by clicking on it to generate a more legible text output.

Being new to the whole web design thing I struggled getting this product to work. Lucky for me Alex from Linecraft was EXTREMELY patient and super helpful!! Even when I was ready to throw in the towel Alex kept helping and got the Captcha PHP working perfectly!! I can't say enough kind words about all the great help!

I do a little web design and a little graphics, but I'm a serious code-o-phobe, deathly afraid of php, rather anything that is not html or css; I'm what most of you would call a web moron or template tweaker. But between this extension and the prompt support I got, I had my online form and captcha up and running in less than an hour, after nearly three days of searching for a way to spam proof my forms... and finding every one of them impossible to work with. If you are as foreign to php as I am, this is the captcha fix you need. Thank you Alex!
