They are really easy to use
I just tried it in Flash, Captivate, Premiere, it also works in After effects by converting from flv to mov file via flash

Actually some of the mini videos in this package are pretty cool. And they're free. They are Flash Video files, so you would open Captivate, then Insert > Flash Video and browse to the one you want to use. Preview or publish your content to view the animation.
