Kyle, if you say you are half crazy, is that because you are stating a gif img is compatible with CS2? Heck, you should be able to open this with PS 1.0 for all I know. You can at least open it with 5.5. And I see no creative use for this as well.
On that note, this just shows how bright the new Macrodobe Web team is with these submissions. Grrrrrr
