Color Fan

From a request over at aenhancers.com this is a simple project that creates a fan of color similar to a paint chip color fan you would get from a paint store. There is a control for the amount of rotation for each chip and it automatically maps colors from a definable start and end color across any number of chips with a user definable number of brightness steps along the way.
