Places PDF pages into an InDesign document while allowing the user to select the placement location, placement offset and cropping type. (place vs. import: import means the app can edit the imported PDF, thus this script "places") A PDF manual is included.

I can not get this script to work with CS4. I keep getting an error: "Cannot determine number of pages. Please open PDF and do a 'save as' and try again." : (
