Plugin for Lightroom that allows export directly to Flickr, with many user-configurable options. This plugin is unrelated to the one Adobe supplies (from Lr3 on), and differs greatly. This plugin has many more features, but is also more complex. This plugin also supports "regular Export" in addition to "Publish" new in Lr3.

Far superior to the plugin available with Lightroom (even with LR 4 Beta). A must-have if you are using Flickr and Lightroom.

Great plugin, and great support. Clearly a lot of work has gone into these plugins, and it shows. If you export to flickr, then this is a must have. Far superior to the flickr plugin that ships with Lightroom.
