Jeffrey's Metadata Wrangler

A plugin filter that allows you to selectively strip metadata from copies of images exported from Lightroom. It works with both the standard "Export to Disk" export, and plugin exports. You can use this, for example, to strip the embedded thumbnail and other cruft from small images intended to be used as thumbnails themselves. You can also remove individual fields to leave exactly what you want (e.g. strip everything except Copyright and GPS-related data).
