What does it do? Creates a flash cookie (sharedobject) that is temporarily stored on the viewers computer if the viewer exits the Captivate movie before the end then the next time they view the movie they will be asked if they would like to continue from the last slide they viewed. If they select Yes they will taken to that slide, if they select No the movie will start from the beginning. It works for swf/html output What it does not do? Will not resume past a question slide unless quiz is set to Optional Will not resume direct to question score slide

Ok, this is a little embarassing. I tested the widget and it seemed to work fine. I asked my program manager who said ask her boss which I did. She in turn said that she tested it and it worked well, too. And I should go ahead and incorporate it into all our videos.
Great. I'm in the process of doing that and it starts acting loopy on me. It won't let me return to the beginning of the video, it keeps wanting to return to one specific slide, etc.
Now we're pushed to release a round of changes and I'm stripping it out of all the Captivate projects and republishing.
It was a good effort and a worthy goal but something went wrong.

A nice idea and well executed. Makes me a hero. Thanks!
