Did not install fine. Did not install at all.
You need to do a little more work on the install process as first impressions last.

Installed fine. Cool, but performance issues. When the images first come up, they are blurry on the page when viewing the larger images. It took a full cycle of all images to get them to start showing up in focus. My customers didn't like this as they thought the image was blurry and moved on to another set of images. Cool look, but too costly as clients OR potential clients aren't going to wait around for the images to clear up and get cached. Takes a while to load too and you would think that with that time, it would have downloaded the full image. Size = 400px x 600 px that I’m using.

After I install it Lightroom states that is does not exist in this location ( /Users/OMO/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Lightroom/Web Galleries ). Even though I copy it in it erases it when I open Lightroom 2.5 on Snow Leopard. I'm Lost????
