I'll admit when I am wrong. I got off to a rocky start with the photo gallery and WS support over christmas. I have since become familiar with both the product and their support, both of which are excellent. I am very pleased with the photo gallery and recommend it highly.

This is an update to my earlier review where I rated webstunning a single star because I never heard back from them about support issues. Today I received an email promising help in the next few days. I am satisfied with this and want to acknowledge the vendor's response. I'm upping my rating to 3 stars and hopefully can raise it to 5 when the problems are fixed.

I recently bought the branding version of the photo gallery. I really like the features described on their site and the demo works great. Unfortunately I encountered a file not found error when accessing my photos. It appears there is a problem generating thumbnails. Last week I posted a request for assistance to the forum and heard back from 1 user who was having the same problem. I then submitted support requests on 3 separate days and have yet to hear back from the company. The documentation to trouble shoot the problem is non-existent; it's the same as shown in their tutorial. I'm stuck. They have my money, I have their error and I can't reach them for help.
