This extension replaces dreamweaver's conventional 'Image Tag Accessibility Attribute' dialog box with new handy single input dialog box to enter alt and titil attributes.

This is completely wrong in the most fundamental way - TITLE should never be the same as ALT, and the use of both can negatively impact accessibility, therefore this extension is completely useless! I therefore recommend that this extension should be removed completely from the Exchange.
