Just build a form within Dreamweaver, open Universal Email and specify a few details including recipients along with email design and you’re done! Need to add an attachment? No problem! Use Universal Email’s built-in digital file management features to attach a file(s) or allow a user to specify a file of their own.

Had version 3, glad I updated to version 4, which has the additional file upload and download features. Keeps getting better.

Do not buy this item unless you have Dreamweaver 8, it clearly states above that it works on all Dreamweaver products, but you cannot install it unless you have Draeamweaver 8.
A costly way to find out. Very dissapointed.
