I have created this widget, inserted it...and it does work. The problem I have with it is that no matter what I do the size does not change. What is the point in allowing us to select sizing if it's going to default back to this huge box that is far too big to make this widget of any real use? I have changed the sizing when creating the widget, and I have gone into the code after I inserted it and changed the sizing directly in that code...nothing works.

Please somebody make a version of this widget that 'floats'.
Defining the dimensions of this widget by adding 'px' parameter does reduce the oversize issue but it is still unacceptable from a design perspective

I have used this facebook Widget about 6 months ago (it did work, but it left a large gap and only could put it at the end of the page. You cant change the sizing etc. I have just been informed by QLD government that their logo and a link to their website is imbedded in the widget. Now I cant see this logo on my website but they can when they log onto our website. They sent a screen shot to confirm this. So this explains why its impossibly to amend the size as the logo is taking up that room. I have since deleted and set my own Facebook like button through Facebook themselves and its much better. So do not use, QLD government wont want their logo on everyone's website. .......... Hope Bogdan.Vazzolla could fix this issue

To fix all of your vertical spacing issues just notice how the generated code for the width and height leave off the most important part of width and height numbers! The code generates this: width:80; height:20 but look whats missing, the "px". That should fix all your issues.
