DateExport will allow you to export to a "dated" directory structure based on the image dateTimeOriginal metadata or export time. For example: "%Y/%m - %b" -> "2011\01 - Feb". README file has more information.

Great export plugin thank you!
Do you think it would be possible to add other metadata to the directory name.
Hoping for job name and/or customer name etc.
This is the one thing I have missing from LR and your plugin is soooo close :)
